Carriage Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides the full range of residential living with nursing support, in a cheerful and clean environment. Comprehensive evaluations with a focus on preventive measures and consultations with a nurse practitioner are also available through Senior Care Services.

Senior Care Services For Loved Ones Experiencing Significant Changes Senior Care Services, a department of Mary Washington Hospital, offers geriatric evaluations for seniors experiencing significant problems such as memory loss, changes in personality, excessive falling, depression or other signs of change. We also have expertise on available resources in the community. What to Expect: Senior Care Services offers an indepth 2-hour evaluation of elderly patients to provide direction and help in getting special care. Caregiver must accompany each patient. Emergency Contact: If you need immediate assistance, please contact your loved one's primary care doctor. Hours: Mondays & Thursdays 8 am - 5 pm Parking: Located around 2300 Building. Cell Phones: Cell phones may be used in our offices. Please turn them off during consultation with our staff. Children: It is not recommended that children attend due to the length of the visit.
