MWH AUXILIARY MOBILE HEALTH CLINICMany families in our community cannot afford health insurance, cannot afford to pay for health care services, and do not have reliable transportation. Fulfilling MediCorp's mission to improve the health status of all people within our community, the Mobile Health Clinic provides greatly needed services to those in need who would otherwise have no health care. Two mobile 35' vans operate as a mobile doctor's office. Staffed with a nurse practitioner to conduct medical exams, prescribe medicine, and refer to specialists, we are able to offer most of the services one would get from a family doctor. These include immunizations, physicals, wellness screenings, well baby checks and of course treatment for common illnesses. For a listing of sites that we will visit next month, please check our community calendar.
