Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

To make it as easy as possible for patients to receive the rehabilitation services they need, MediCorp offers several outpatient locations.

What to Expect : Our services are designed to provide patients with the best experience possible. On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to register. We will conduct an initial evaluation that will take approximately 45-60 minutes. Please allow 5-10 minutes to schedule future appointments. Your theraist will let you know what to expect for follow-up appointments. Please bring your insurance information and a physician order for your therapy.

Children: Children may not be present during therapy. All children under 12 must be accompanied by another adult and may not be left alone in the lobby.

Family Members/Caregivers: Visitors and family members are asked to wait in the lobby during treatments in order to respect the confidentiality of other rehab patients.

In some cases, a therapist may ask you to attend the session if your participation is needed (for example, assisting with exercises led by the therapist, learning home treatment, or reassuring a frightened child.)

Cell Phones: Cell phones may be used in main lobbies only. Cell phones need to be turned off after entering our offices as they can interfere with care.
