Payment Arrangements can be made for patients who have large bills that they cannot afford to pay all at once.We will review your account for the kind of help we can offer. First we see if you are eligible for charity (free) care. If you are not eligible, we look at your account to see if you are eligible for a discount. If you cannot pay the entire amount of the bill, we may set up a plan so you can pay your bill over time.
If you own your own home, you may still be eligible for either charity (free) care or a discount on your bill. MediCorp does not count what your home is worth against you when we review what you are able to pay. We also do not count the first $50,000 you have in cash or in bank accounts.
All of your information is kept confidential and only used to find out if MediCorp is able to help you pay for what you owe. We do not give any of your information to anyone else or any other companies.
