Visiting Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Parking: Parking is available in the front of the building. Cell Phones: Cell phones are permitted at Carriage Hill. Children: Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult. Services: For seniors who require around-the-clock nursing care, Carriage Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is well-known throughout the region for providing the highest quality of life. Carriage Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers three specialized programs: Long-Term Care: Continual attention for residents who have illnesses or other conditions that require skilled nursing care. Sub-Acute Rehabilitation: A 30-bed unit for seniors who have just completed a stay in the hospital and need rehabilitation to return home. Residents receive physical, occupational and speech therapies on site. Dedicated Alzheimer's Program: Called "Memory Lane", this 30-bed unit is locked so residents can walk freely and safely, without risk of wandering off. Our compassionate staff is specially trained in methods of care that are proven to be effective for those with dementia. Along with improving each resident's quality of life, Carriage Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers all the comforts of home.
